Shipping policy

UK delivery

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail (Signed For or Special Delivery, depending on the option selected at checkout). A signature may be required. If your item is in stock, we usually dispatch within a couple of working days. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

International delivery

Republic of Ireland, Europe and worldwide orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail International (Signed/Tracked services where available). If your item is in stock, we usually dispatch within a couple of working days. If there is a delay, we will notify you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by weight and destination and are shown at checkout.

Dispatch timing

Orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday, or on weekends/bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

Customs (outside the UK)

Customers are responsible for checking that items can be imported into their country. Local duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply. We cannot accept responsibility for items held by customs, or for any charges applied by local authorities. Orders shipped outside the UK are placed at the customer’s risk.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
