You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (and with labels/tags where applicable). Proof of purchase is required.

How to return (RMA required)

Contact us first at contact@bioprotectivesystems.com to request a return. If approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an approved return request may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Please use an insured/tracked service when returning items. We do not refund original shipping charges or return postage costs.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused, with labels/tags where applicable, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks/card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
