How and when will my order be delivered?

UK delivery

All products purchased from Bio Protective Systems are delivered within the UK mainland by Royal Mail Signed For and require a signature on delivery.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days if in stock. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

Important: deliveries outside the UK

Customers are responsible for checking with local customs and postal services to confirm that the products they are ordering are permitted entry into their country. Local duties and taxes may apply.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders held by customs, or for any surcharges arising from local duties or taxes. Orders shipped outside the UK are placed at the customer’s risk.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or becomes faulty?

Damaged or faulty products

We make every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt to report the problem.

Returns

We offer a no-hassle returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item(s), please contact us and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Please return item(s) in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping is not included).

We are unable to refund any original postage costs or return postage costs.
