How and when will my order be delivered?

Delivery to destinations within the UK

All products purchased at Bio Protective Systems are delivered within the UK mainland by Royal Mail Signed for Delivery and will require a signature upon Delivery. Your order will also be dispatched within a couple of days if in stock. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay.

All products purchased at Bio Protective Systems are delivered within the Republic of Ireland via Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. Your order will also be dispatched within a couple of days if in stock. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay.

Delivery to destinations within Europe

All products purchased at Bio Protective Systems are delivered within Europe via Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. Your order will also be dispatched within a couple of days if in stock. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay.

Delivery to destinations outside the UK and Europe

We deliver products to all other worldwide destinations via Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. Your order will also be dispatched within a couple of days if in stock. You will be notified if there is going to be a delay. 

**IMPORTANT** - Delivery to destinations outside the UK

Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office and postal services to ensure that the products they are ordering are allowed entry into their country of residence. Customers are also reminded that local duty and taxes may be applicable when importing goods into your country.

We are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that are held by customs in a country outside the UK or for any surcharges that arise as a result of local duty or taxes. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or becomes faulty?

Damaged or Faulty Products 

Bio Protective Systems makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt to report the problem.

We promise that you’ll love your Green 8s, we offer a no hassle returns policy. If you are not happy with your purchase in any way within 30 days from you receiving the item(s), please contact us and we will happily provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA)number. 

All we ask is that the item(s) are returned in the original packaging and in a resalable condition for a quick refund on your credit/debit card (shipping not included).

We regret we are unable to refund any original postage costs or return postage costs.
